New sheet shear from HM

HM Machinery A/S launch a new budget-priced pneumatic shear with capacity 2020x1,25mm in mild steel.

The new H.M Model CS 200/P1 only requires a compressed air supply of between 7-10 bar to operate at maximum capacity. Even small hobby air compressors can offer a suitable pressure of 7-8 bar, which can therefore provide a very inexpensive method of powering this shear.

As standard equipment, the CS 200/P1 is fitted with a rack and pinion back-gauge with hand wheel and counter. For a small additional charge, this back-gauge can also be upgraded to a motorised version, complete with a touch-screen.

Standard equipment includes:

- Built in strip-light to provide a better view of the cutting line

- Pneumatically operated foot pedal

- Automatic sheet-holder coated with neoprene rubber

- Reversible knives

- Rack and pinion back gauge with hand-wheel and counter

- Rear safety guarding

- Emergency stop
